Cemented carbide balls are powder metallurgy products sintered in vacuum furnace or hydrogen reduction furnace with high hardness refractory metal carbide (WC, TiC) micron powder as the main component and cobalt (Co) or nickel (Ni), molybdenum (Mo) as binder.

Commonly used hard alloy ball grade: commonly used material: YG6, YG6x, YG8, YG8x, YG10, YG13, YN6, YN9 and other materials

Hard alloy ball features: 1, high hardness ≥HRA89-HRA92 hardness;

2, good wear resistance, service life is dozens of times of ordinary steel ball;

3, high temperature resistance, in the case of 1000 degrees of high temperature can still maintain high hardness and other mechanical properties;

4, corrosion resistance
